1. About these terms
The website and services are operated by Gravion Group LTD (קבוצת גראביון בע״מ), a private company registered in Israel under company number 517340758, with its registered office at 18 Shai Agnon St., Ra’anana 4338018, Israel. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between these general terms and any separate written commercial agreement, master services agreement, or individual contract executed between Gravion Group LTD and you (or the entity you represent), the provisions of such specific written agreement shall strictly govern and take absolute priority. Where a Gravion product has its own terms, they apply together with these terms and take priority over them for that product.
2. Using the website
Use the website and services lawfully and for their intended purpose. Do not interfere with their operation or security, attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours, send unlawful or harmful material, or use automated means to overload or copy the service.
3. The AI assistant
The assistant gives general information about Gravion and helps you describe your request. Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not an offer, a quote or a binding commitment. Prices, scope and timelines are agreed only in writing with the Gravion team.
4. Accounts in Gravion products
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where it results from a security failure on our side.
5. Portfolio, market data and AI output
Portfolio calculations, market data, analysis and AI responses in Gravion products are informational tools. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, so check important figures against independent sources. Products do not execute trades unless their own terms say otherwise.
Nothing in the services is personalised investment advice, an offer to buy or sell securities or a recommendation to make a particular investment. You remain responsible for your decisions. Consult a licensed professional where appropriate.
6. Your content and our rights
You keep the rights to the content and data you submit, and you allow us to store, process and display it as needed to provide and secure the service. The website, its design, text and software, and any licensed market data remain the property of Gravion or their respective owners. Do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The services rely on third-party providers, which may affect availability. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability and liability
We provide the website and services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Gravion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, the AI assistant or free services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes, suspension and ending use
We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. If a change materially affects an account holder, we will tell them in advance by email or in the product, except where a change is required by law or for security.
We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached, if the account puts the service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and let you take a copy of your data first.
You may stop using the services at any time, and ask at privacy@gravion-group.com for a copy of your data and for your account and data to be deleted. Fees, renewal, cancellation and refunds for any paid product are set out in that product’s own terms.
